The Egniol Contract Supervision team offers a cost effective, end-to-end contract management and supervision service that’s fully compliant with all current industry legislation and guidance.

Under agreements such as ICE Minor Works and the New Engineering Contract, they are more than qualified and experienced to operate as contract-managers on your behalf.

CQA Services

Over the years, Egniol has provided clients with third party Construction Quality Assurance (CQA)

across an extensive variety of waste management and landfill construction projects where there has been a requirement for CQA records . Our services in this field include:

• Preparation of CQA plans to meet industry best practice and Environment Agency guidance
• Provision of industry experienced CQA engineers and support staff
• Production of CQA validation reports on completion of the works and submission to the Environment Agency for approval or acceptance
• Liaison with the Environment Agency, or other statutory bodies, throughout a project, from design to receipt of final approval.

Materials Testing and Evaluation

When you need expert, experienced and objective opinion on materials for construction or groundworks, Egniol’s team will provide selection, sampling, testing and interpretive reporting services to help you make a more informed choice.

Our expertise extends to:

Geomaterials for use in civil engineering construction, including geomembranes, geotextiles, geogrids, geomats and related products.

Natural Materials such as clay or shale for brick or ceramics manufacture, low permeability for landfill or other containment lining, together with sands and gravels as aggregates in drainage.

Soils, which can be assessed for their composition and chemical content, particularly if the site has a history of industrial use.

Using certified and nationally accredited independent laboratories, we can also provide water and gas analysis and interpretive reporting on a wide range of chemical and bio-chemical assays.
