Our technical and practical experience across all fields of environmental engineering means we can provide you with a comprehensive and cost effective project management service.

Your dedicated team will co-ordinate all the engineering, planning and environmental services necessary in a large scale multi-disciplinary project to ensure it is delivered on time, on budget and on brief.

Alternatively you can choose a more focused project management service concentrating solely on preparing and administering engineering contracts such as ICE 7th, ICE Minor Works and the New Engineering Contract to undertake the following:

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Contract preparation, issue, tender receipt and award
• Issuing of payment certificates; and
• Advice on arbitration and final payment negotiations

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 places a greater involvement of the CDM Coordinator in construction projects and is the key project advisor to the client in respect of construction health and safety risk management. This is a role that Egniol Environmental are able to carry out as part of the design and project management aspect or as a separate appointment.

In addition, we can also provide Health and Safety advice in areas such as CDM, DSEAR and COSHH.

A key prerequisite for successful Project Management is adherence to all relevant legislation. Our team cultivates excellent working relationships with the Environment Agency, Health & Safety Executive, Local Planning Authorities other important regulatory bodies.
