Due Diligence Advisory Services

 

 

Egniol’s Environmental Services team was delighted to support Reconomy in its recent acquisition of Casepak. We were asked to undertake environmental and technical due diligence support on two Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs) operated by Casepak, representing two of the key assets in the transaction. Our work involved environmental and regulatory compliance checks and liability assessments, asset condition inspections, operational processes assessments and commercial upside reviews at the MRF sites. The Reconomy and Casepak teams, together with their advisors, were great to work alongside throughout and we look forward to seeing the future progress of the combined businesses.
